The staff was helpfull and the rooms were nice.Metro and bus stations were close enough.
Most of the day there was no one in the reception in case you wanted something (only in the morning). Breakfast was very very poor. It was a decent hotel but I wouldn't say it was value for money choice.

Room was nice, clean, well equipped and in very good condition. Very helpful staff. Location was very convenient for the Vatican (but the queues endless...) and bus and metro were close. Quiet area within easy reach from the centre of Rome.
There was a lot of noise early in the morning when the breakfast was prepared. Doors were inadequately soundproofed.

Possitives: Not far from metro and bus stations, less than 5min walk to Vatican museum, friendly staff, economy b&b comparatively to city center hotels
Negatives: not 24h reception, the sheets were washed but there was blood prints in one of them, we left on Sunday at 7.30 in the morning and we didn't served the breakfast because the start time was 8.30.

Location and neighboughhood, very close to metro and many restrauants around
Hotel didn't tell us how to take metro to the hotel but only offered pick up for $47 from the train station and $67 from airport. One can spend only 1 dollar to get to the hotel by metro.

It is a guest house with few rooms, very quiet and very close to the Vatican but away from the main tourist hubub of Rome. Good choice if you are looking for a simple room with very nice people running it.
For me the bed was not very comfortable

All are just fine. Fine facilities, fine staff, excellent breakfast sent to room, quiet environment, best place for visiting Vatican Museum (200M Walk). Before arriving, I received a welcoming email from hotel staff showing a lot of information, which is really helpful.
Just location. Not quite easy for first-time visitor. But once you became familiar with Italian city style (which is not much different from normal European cities), it will not be a problem anymore. It is not far from subway station "Cipro".
